W.E. MOVE! Tutoring Group is an afterschool program with the main goal of bringing creative, fun and engaging hands-on tutoring activity to our student’s for improvement in their academic area(s) of challenge. We are dedicated to providing an enjoyable and encouraging academic environment for our young scholars!
W.E. MOVE! TG will offer the following Monday - Thursday:
Morning Dropoff 7:45 AM - 8:15 AM
Breakfast 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM
Park 9:00 AM - 9:45 AM
Tutoring Session I 10:00 AM - 11:15 AM
Lunch 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM
App Time 1:00 PM - 2:15 PM
(STEM, ART & Read-Aloud) 2:45 PM - 3:45 PM
Tutoring Group Session II 4:15 PM - 5:15 PM
Free Play w/ Movie 5:15 PM - 5:30 PM
Parent Pickup 5:30 PM
Total Weekly Tutoring Instruction 4.5 hours
Fridays are Fun Days!
Each Friday our little scholars will enjoy an educational field trip to the following places, followed by a sponsored lunch at one of our local restaurants!
- Savannah Children's Museum - Savannah, GA
- Savannah Railroad Museum - Savannah, GA
- Museum of Arts and Sciences - Macon, GA
- UGA Marine Education Center and Aquarium - Skidiway Island, GA
- Career Day - Statesboro & Hinesville, GA
Parents who arrive AFTER 5:30 PM will be assessed a $5 late fee per 15 minutes. Our GSU volunteers have to be on their way promptly due to course schedules.

Registration Fee - $85 (plus processing fee) This secures 5 weeks with W.E. MOVE! Tutoring Camp & Summer Fun
Weekly Rate - $85 Electronic Invoices are sent each week on Mondays and are due by Fridays at 5:30 PM
Weekly rates are due to hold your child's place in the program. Should you decide not to pay your child's place may be filled by a student on our waitlist. This camp has a maxium of 15 participants which makes it very exclusive and we do not want a student to miss an opportunity for academic growth.
HARDSHIP SCHOLARSHIPS
