February 11th. Valentine's Day Weekend. Single's Awareness Day. Or just another Saturday.... Whatever you want to call it, we've got some fun planned for everyone's favorite (or least favorite) day of love.
Event Details
Here's the deal, you'd probably spend V-day on pricey dinner reservations, boxes upon boxes of Russell Stover or having a threesome with your consistent lovers Ben & Jerry while hating and loving that Netflix gives you only 10 seconds to decide if eight episodes of Breaking Bad in one night is too much. We have a way better alternative!
Nature's oldest heart break mender, alcohol, is here for you to drown your sorrows or celebrate your singledom! Join us as we spend the night crawling through 12 downtown Savannah bars and restaurants, enjoying, or crying into, one beverage at each stop!
Here's the fun part.. no matter if you're "Single", "In a Relationship"or "It's Complicated" this event will be lovely way to mix it up with other singles, shake up your relationship, or make your love life that much more complicatedPlease, wear red.. you don't have to but you probably should!
Let’s start with the basics…
HOW DOES A BAR CRAWL WORK?
Participants crawl at their own pace instead of all together in one huge group. Once crawlers pickup their scorecards at the starting bar, then they travel to all the bars listed enjoying drink specials and getting their scorecard marked at each bar. After visiting all the bars on the list, crawlers join us at Savannah Smiles for the After Party and to get the t-shirt!!
THE GOAL?
Complete your scorecard by visiting each participating bars and be one of the first 250 crawlers to receive a t-shirt. As you enter the venue, the doorman or bartender will “mark” their respective bar’s section of your scorecard. You do not have to purchase a drink to have your scorecard marked.
FREE STUFF?
We get presents from Cupid? On top of drink specials, all participants will receive a koozie, swag from our sponsors (while supplies last), a scorecard/map to mark your progress, and free entry into all participating bars. Also, the first 250 participants to complete their scorecard will receive an official Bar Crawl Savannah “Cupid is Stupid” t-shirt!
