Join us Friday, September 21st for the Love & Soul Experience Apollo Night.
Event Details
Join us for an evening of live music, entertainment, vendors, food, and more. This show will feature 2018 Winner of Showtime at the Apollo, Joshua Peavy. Also there will be a live Apollo Contest with contestants competing to win prizes. 1st Place Winner will recieve $100 & opportunity to perform live at the Love & Soul Experience. 2nd Place Winner will recieve $50. 3rd Place Winner will recieve 2 General Admission Tickets to Love & Soul Experience. Apollo Contestant Information
1. A maxium of 5 contestants will be allowed for the Apollo Contestant. Each contestant will be giving 3:30 minutes to perform any performance act including: singing, rapping, dancing, playing instrument, or comedy.
2. All performances will be judged Apollo Style, consisting of applauses and cheers from the audience and text to win votes. Contestants may be asked to leave the stage with assistance from our official Apollo Host or character. The first two will be eliminated by audience response during the first round and the last 3 will be placed based on audience response and text to win votes.
3. Apollo Rules: No profanity, vulgar or offensive language will be allowed during the show. Any contestant who uses such language will be automatically eliminated.
4. All contestants must go to www.theloveandsoulexperience.com and sign up under Apollo Night. All contestants will must also go click on the event ticket link to purchase a general admission ticket to the show.
