Mom, in this class we will learn 2 delicious Puerto Rican Coquito Recipes. First, we'll learn to make a delicious Cheesecake Coquito with the same ingredients used for the popular Puerto Rican Coquito drink (we'll make 2. 1 with Rum and 1 without).
Event Details
While our Cheesecake is baking we'll use the left-over Rum to practice a recipe for the original Coquito Drink. It’s very easy to make and the result is delicious. We will top them with shredded coconut & whipped cream. Each participant will take home a piece of the pie. Supplies and refreshment provided.
