Our Candlemas Evensong on Feb. 2 falls on Super Bowl Sunday again this year. The good news is you can enjoy this musical pregame event and get home in time for the 6:30 p.m. kickoff! Prelude music begins at 5:05 p.m. and the service begins at 5:30 p.m. World-renowned musicians Parker Ramsay on harp and Arnie Tanimoto on baroque cello will perform along with St. John’s Choir. Not a Super Bowl fan? Plan to remain for a reception with light refreshments following the service in the Green-Meldrim House.
