Since 2017, Emily’s Trick or Treat to Cure Crohn’s and Colitis has brought together thousands of Atlanta families and local businesses for a fun-filled fall afternoon and raised more than $324,000 for the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation.
Emily Moore was a mother to two children, a devoted wife, sister, daughter, and friend who fought colitis for nearly 20 years before appendiceal cancer took her life at the age of 35 in 2017. Emily’s friends and family created this event to celebrate her spirit and give back to the organization that supported her and supports so many others.
The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation is a non-profit, volunteer-fueled organization dedicated to finding cures for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis and to improving the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases.
