Carter's Fried Chicken BB-Q & 4Chicks sauce Catering

Chad Brown has had a very successful run with Carter's Fried Chicken in Homerville, Ga. and now has broaden his services and added Smoked BB-Q to his menu. We also is offering Catering of a wide selection of meals and services. Anything smoked on a Southern Pride gas/wood smoke grill that has the capability of cooking small or massive amounts at one time. In catering we offer Smoked Chicken, Turkey, Butts or Ribs, Brisket, and Hams. We also offer Low Country Boils and Oysters. At this time he has also teamed up with one of his former high school and football friends Bubba Strickland. Bubba had the opportunity to appear on the FOX network Gordon Ramsay's Masterchef season three and made the top one hundred. He then cook for the three judges and received one of only thirty six apron's. He cooked his way to twenty second out of thirty thousand plus before having his apron takin back. With his talent and knowledge of cooking and the pressure of being under the lights to get it right we think this is a win win for our Catering side. We are blessed now with a great line of cooks and preparers that are also very important to a successful cater!
