Saddleseat Riding, boarding and lessons. Owners: Lynn and Roy Pace. For 40 years, Lynn has motivated, mentored and taught many riders to the sport of Saddleseat Riding. This is the home to mostly Saddlebreds, but other breeds call Dixie Stables home. Dixie Stables is located in Southeast Georgia between Savannah and Brunswick. Lynn teaches lessons from the age of 6 to 100.
