Come join us the FIRST TUESDAY of every month for a pre-work/school/day WALK!
Every First Tuesday we'll meet near the Dog Park at Daffin Park. We’ll start with a quick meet & greet/intro, followed by a short medical talk, then on to WALKING!
Come meet new people, or bring your friends & family.
As with all our walks these are open to all ages & all ability levels.

Masks are optional.
Remember to bring water and consider dressing in layers!
